2017 Winter Pennant Teams & Programme
Port Elliot are the 2017 GSTTA Winter Competition Premiers, defeating Inman Valley 12-45 to 12-41 in an extremely close Grand Final played at the Port Elliot Institute on Monday nigh (Sept 11). The lead kept changing throughout the match. Port Elliot trailed by three rubbers going into the final doubles round, but were able to win three of the four doubles without conceding a game, to go on to win the match by four games. The match was played in very good spirit, and players should be commended for their good sportsmanship.
