Interim Heat Policy as at February, 2020 (replacing the TTSA policy given below)
Due to the exceptional insulation of our halls we have introduced a Interim Hot Weather Policy.

The policy applies to Pt Elliot Institute and the Inman Valley Hall.

If the BOM forecast for our area exceeds 36 degrees or more at 7 am on the morning of any event, the event organiser will consult with committee executive. The actual temperature in the hall will be read .  A decision will be made to cancelled, postponed or go ahead as planned. If the temperature in the hall exceeds 36 degrees , then play will immediately cease.

On days of extreme heat we will endeavour to post notification of cancellation on this page location as early as possible so...............
